My wife and I have had 3 homes built in the ACT over the past 20 years, all by different builders. We first became aware of APA Homes after visiting their display home in Forde. We were impressed by the quality of the finish on display and the design differences that made the home stand out a little from the others available for viewing. it was really important to us to find a builder who we felt we could trust, who we could talk to and who would listen to what we wanted, because we made many changes to the original design of the home. We had great peace of mind that the building work and progress of the project was on time and within our budget. We also appreciated APA’s flexibility and willingness to provide assistance with design and finishes of the home. We also want o acknowledge the time and effort Phil put into meetings with us leading up to the start of the home and through the building process, it really helped us to feel confident and comfortable about how things were going to proceed.

I would also like to pass on our thanks to the various teams of people who worked on our home. They were all, friendly and polite and did their jobs to the highest standard. I also noticed how much consideration they showed for each other on the job site, proactively ensuring other teams were not compromised by the work they did.
